These Terms govern only this public corporate website. Any paid services, software products, client projects, subscriptions, or hosted platforms offered by UNISAPS may be subject to separate written agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNISAPS AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF UNISAPS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UNISAPS and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site or material breach of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
13. General Terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

This policy reflects the current version of this Site: a corporate website with a contact form that collects an email address, title, and message. The Site has no accounts, checkout, newsletter, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how UNISAPS LLC (“UNISAPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with unisaps.com and its associated webpages (the “Site”). It does not govern separate software products, hosted services, client engagements, employment relationships, or services covered by another privacy notice or contract.

No intentional behavioral tracking. UNISAPS does not currently use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, behavioral profiling, session replay, or third-party analytics on this Site.
